Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (Grand Rapids, MI)

Clearpath North Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
