Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (Grand Rapids, MI)

Cedar Timber Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Grand Rapids region, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and parts orders. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
