Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (Fort Worth, TX)

Cedar Willow Medical designs and makes medical devices in Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
