Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (Cleveland, OH)

Highbridge Meadow Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Cleveland, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
