Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (Buffalo, NY)

Highbridge Willow Medical is a Buffalo company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
