Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Drift Foods and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer specifications. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
