Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Loom Medical and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
