Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (Boise, ID)

Greenridge Loom Pharma Partners supports drug development and manufacturing around Boise, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
