Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (Baltimore, MD)

Silverline Sable Pharma develops and makes medicines in Baltimore. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
