Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Cedar Farms Group and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and harvest schedules. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
