Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Thistle Medical and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
