Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Northwind Loom Auto Group and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and service appointments. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
