Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Wichita, KS)

Rivermark Fox Pharma is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
