Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Tucson, AZ)

Foxglove Bright Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Tucson producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
