Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Tucson, AZ)

Northwind Kestrel Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would join a large organisation of about 882 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
