Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (St. Louis, MO)

Rivermark Harbor Foods Group produces packaged foods at its St. Louis plant. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on line performance. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and allergen controls. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
