Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Kestrel Pharma Group and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
