Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Seattle, WA)

Greenridge Cobalt Medical Partners is a Seattle company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 154 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
