Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Iron Pharma and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
