Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Rochester, NY)

Highbridge Willow Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on line performance. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
