Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Rochester, NY)

Amberfield Thistle Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on line performance. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
