Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Rochester, NY)

Stonegate Amber Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Rochester, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
