Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Rochester, NY)

Highbridge Willow Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on line performance. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
