Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Richmond, VA)

Harborlight Vale Medical is a Richmond company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on line performance. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
