Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Reno, NV)

Northwind Stone Farms is an agricultural business based around Reno, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Reno. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and harvest schedules. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
