Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Westbrook Iron Pharma is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 741 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
