Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Bright Press and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and proofing. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
