Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Cedar Timber Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Seattle, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would join a large organisation of about 393 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
