Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Rivermark Fox Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around St. Louis. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
