Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Clearpath Pharma develops and makes medicines in Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on line performance. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
