Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Corner Medical and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
