Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Ironwood Wilder Medical Group is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
