Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Fernwood Clear Farms is an agricultural business based around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and harvest schedules. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
