Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Lumen Loom Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in San Antonio, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
