Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Pike Pharma and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
