Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Fernwood Rowan Farms is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and harvest schedules. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
