Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Clearpath Union Foods produces packaged foods at its San Jose plant, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and ingredient orders. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
