Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Foxglove Wilder Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Chicago producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 187 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
