Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Fox Medical and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would join a large organisation of about 891 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
