Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Northwind Amber Pharma is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
