Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Fernwood Drift Farms is an agricultural business based around Austin, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 84 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and packing house output. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
