Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Rowan Foods and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and allergen controls. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
