Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Summit Linden Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Charleston. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and harvest schedules. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
