Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Fernwood Timber Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Salt Lake City producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
