Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Fox Auto Group and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and vehicle inspections. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
