Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Silverline Meridian Foods is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and ingredient orders. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
