Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Redstone Rowan Foods Group is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and ingredient orders. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
