Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Redstone Vale Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Seattle plant, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and customer orders. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
