Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Nova Field Pharma is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 308 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
