Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Cedar Juniper Farms is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and grower contracts. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
